What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be the connection between customers, service technicians, and the parts department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and online with parts inquiries
  • Identifying, sourcing, and ordering the correct parts quickly and accurately
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and completing invoices
  • Supporting service technicians by pulling and staging parts for repairs
  • Receiving, inspecting, and stocking inventory
  • Managing backorders and following up on special-order parts
  • Recommending related parts, attachments, and preventative maintenance items
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts and organization
  • Processing warranty, return, and core transactions
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in parts sales, equipment, agriculture, automotive, trucking, or related industries
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment components
  • Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or parts lookup catalogs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
