Sanco Equipment is looking for an experienced, motivated Parts Manager to lead our parts department in Rochester, MN.

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and finding ways to grow the business. The right person will have a strong understanding of parts operations, inventory management, and customer service, along with the ability to work closely with our sales, service, and rental departments.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage daily parts department operations.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, receiving, stocking, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels while reducing obsolete and aging inventory.
• Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage department performance, including sales, margins, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to grow parts sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Work closely with service, sales, and rental teams to ensure parts availability.
• Develop employees and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Use dealership systems and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in parts management or a related equipment dealership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing inventory, budgets, and departmental performance.
• Comfortable working with dealership management systems and technology.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment preferred.
• A hands-on leader who is organized, dependable, and focused on continuous improvement.
